Your Account Privacy Rights
Thank you for using our app. We respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with data protection regulations and Google Play Store requirements, we provide you with the ability to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data collected through our app.
How to Request Account Deletion
If you would like to request the deletion of your account and personal data from our systems, please send an email to: tech@revivalwindows.zohodesk.com
Please include the following information in your email:
- Subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- The email address associated with your account
What Happens Next
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Confirm Receipt — We’ll confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- Verify Identity — We’ll verify your identity to ensure the security of your account.
- Process Deletion — Your account deletion request will be processed within 30 days.
- Send Confirmation — We’ll send confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.
Data We Delete
Upon your request, we will delete all personal data associated with your account, which includes:
- Account credentials (username, password hash)
- Profile information
- User preferences and settings
- Device information
